In aerobic, or “with oxygen” exercise, your muscles have enough oxygen to produce the energy needed to perform.

Anaerobic “without oxygen” exercise means oxygen demand is greater than oxygen supply and you can't keep up with the energy your body is demanding.Aerobic exercise includes rhythmic activities that use a lot of oxygen and large muscles over a period of time, such as jogging, swimming and riding a bike. Anaerobic exercise, on the other hand, does not use oxygen to generate energy.

What is the difference between goals and core values?
Harman [31]

Explanation:

 • Values are like a compass that keep us headed in a desired direction and are distinct from goals. Goals are the specific ways you intend to execute your values. A goal is something that we aim for and check off once we have accomplished it. Being responsible is a value.

This prompts your pancreas to release glucagon to stimulate breakdown of glycogen in the liver into glucose.

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF GLUCAGON?

Glucagon is responsible for breaking down glycogen and releasing glucose, when the body is hypoglycemic, between meals, to maintain the glucose level and provide energy to the cells. This is what we call glycogenolysis.

With this information, we can conclude that starvation causes your pancreas to release glucagon to stimulate the breakdown of glycogen in the liver into glucose.
