Radiation necrosis, a focal structural lesion that usually occurs at the original tumor site, is a potential long-term central nervous system (CNS) complication of radiotherapy or radiosurgery. Edema and the presence of tumor render the CNS parenchyma in the tumor bed more susceptible to radiation necrosis. Radiation necrosis can occur when radiotherapy is used to treat primary CNS tumors, metastatic disease, or head and neck malignancies. In my mind, I think that fresh fruits are better because juice can contain a lot of sugar and also many brands of fruit juice in small supermarkets don't really contain a lot of real fruits, most of are just flavouring and food colouring so it's best to eat fresh fruits. In fresh fruits, the level of sugar is lower, plus some fruit skins are very nutrious and many fruit juice companies got rid of the skin in the process, so I would recommend buying fresh fruits.
