YZ=\sqrt{(0+2)^{2}+(3+3)^{2}  }=\sqrt{40} units

XZ=\sqrt{(0-6)^{2}+(3-1)^{2}  }=\sqrt{40} units

Here, YZ=XZ

Hence, the triangle with the given coordinates X(6,1) Y(-2,-3) Z(0,3) is an isosceles triangle.
