The -2.2, -2, 2.0015, 2.01, 2.1 are in ascending order if the number is 2.01, 2.0015, 2.10, -2.00, -2.20

<h3>What is number?</h3>

A number is a mathematical entity that can be used to count, measure, or name things. For an example, 1, 2, 56 etc. are the numbers.

We have a number:

2.01, 2.0015, 2.10, -2.00, -2.20

We can arrange the numbers in ascending order.

-2.2 < -2 < 2.0015 < 2.01 < 2.1  or

-2.2, -2, 2.0015, 2.01, 2.1

We can also use number line to arrange the numbers in ascending order.

Thus, the -2.2, -2, 2.0015, 2.01, 2.1 are in ascending order if the number is 2.01, 2.0015, 2.10, -2.00, -2.20

tester [92]

Answer:

En el curso anterior había 430 alumnos.

Step-by-step explanation:

El curso tiene 473 alumnos. Nos dicen que respecto al curso anterior se ha producido un aumento de inscripciones del 10 %. Entonces, siendo x la cantidad de alumnos que había en el curso anterior, se puede plantear la ecuación:

x + 0.1*x= 473

Resolviendo se obtiene:

1.1*x=473

x= 473 ÷1.1

x= 430

Give me an example of an irrational number that is greater than 10
Pavel [41]

To find:

An irrational number that is greater than 10.

Solution:

Irritation number: It cannot be expression in the form of \dfrac{p}{q}, where, q\neq 0, p,q are integers.

For example: \sqrt{2}\sqrt{3},\pi, 1.263689...,etc..

We know that square of 10 is 100. So, square root of any prime number is  an example of an irrational number that is greater than 10.

First prime number after 100 is 101.

Required irrational number =\sqrt{101}

Therefore, \sqrt{101} is an irrational number that is greater than 10.
