Because the lines intercept at one point, we conclude that the system is consistent.

<h3>Which type of equations we have here?</h3>

We say that a system of equations is consistent if it has solutions (if the graphs of the equations intercept at some points).

It is inconsistent if the graphs never intercept (like in parallel lines).

And it is equivalent of both graphs are the same graph (so the equations intercept at infinite points).

In this particular case, we can see two lines that intercept at a single point. So we have a consistent system of equations.

Can someone plz solve for A&amp;B? Plz and if you do thank you so much :)
Anna71 [15]

Answer:

Part a-

area= 35

perimeter= 31

part b-

area= 25

perimeter= 18

Step-by-step explanation:

to find the area of a triangle you multiply 1/2Bh

so for part A:

A= \frac{1}{2} (10)(7) (honestly, you can just input the whole equation into the calculator)

A=(5)(7)

A= 35

and for part B:

A= \frac{1}{2}(8.34)(6)

A= (4.17)(6)

A=25.02 (or just 25)

THEN, to find the perimeter you add up all of the sides

so for part A:

P= 14 + 10 + 7 = 31

and for part B:

P= 4 \frac{1}{3} + 8 \frac{1}{3}  + 5 \frac{1}{3} = 17 \frac{3}{3} or 18

I hope this helps :)

A particle moves in the xy plane starting from time = 0 second and position (1m, 2m) with a velocity of v&gt;=2i-4tj^
guapka [62]

Given :

A particle moves in the xy plane starting from time = 0 second and position (1m, 2m) with a velocity of v=2i-4tj  .

To Find :

A. The vector position of the particle at any time t .

B. The acceleration of the particle at any time t .

Solution :

A )

Position of vector v is given by :

d=\int\limits {v} \, dt\\\\d=\int\limits {(2i-4tj)} \, dt \\\\d=(2t)i+\dfrac{4t^2}{2}j\\\\d=(2t)i+(2t^2)j

B )

Acceleration a is given by :

a=\dfrac{dv}{dt}\\\\a=\dfrac{2i-4tj}{dt}\\\\a=\dfrac{2i}{dt}-\dfrac{4tj}{dt}\\\\a=0-4j\\\\a=-4j

Hence , this is the required solution .

Valuate the xpression 4(10-4) power of 2 devided by 4
liq [111]

Hence, the value of the expression is 36.

Solution:

Step 1: Given expression is 4(10-4)^{2} \div 4.

BODMAS means do Bracket, Of, Division, Multiplication, Addition, Subtraction

Step 2: Using BODMAS rule first simplify the expression which is in bracket.

⇒ 4(10-4)^{2} \div 4=4(6)^2\div4

Step 3: Squaring of the number 6.

⇒ 4(6)^2\div4=4\times36\div4

Step 4: Using BODMAS rule, divide 36 by 4.

⇒ 4\times36\div4=4\times9

Step 5: Using BODMAS rule, multiply 4 with 9.

⇒ 4\times9=36

Hence, the value of the expression is 36.
