In 1 morning he will run 1 mile

There are 60 minutes in a hour so 60/15 = 4 (1 quater of a hour)

So 1 quater of 4 miles is a mile

Distance = time x speed

Distance = 0.25 (1/4) x 4

1 = 0.25 x 4

1 mile
