GaryK [48]
The sum of solar energy can assumed as 'x', so it is easy to conclude that the sum of wind energy is '8x+56'. From the above assumption, we can easily get that 'x+8x+56=1037', to solve thi<span>s equation and get tha</span>

Idk what it means.why is it not reasonable to say that 4.23 is less than 4.135
RSB [31]

it is unreasonable because 4.23 is bigger than 4.135! Look at the 10s place - 1 is smaller than 2, and everything afterwards is irrelevant. There could be as many zeros or any combination of numbers you want, but as long as that tens place is larger (2 vs 1), than it's not reasonable to say 4.2 is smaller!!

Here's the question sorry
Lunna [17]

L =  total number of slices for Luke

K = total number of slices for Kira

A = total number of slices for Ali

\stackrel{\textit{two thirds of all slices}}{\cfrac{2}{3}L}=4\implies 2L=12\implies L=\cfrac{12}{2}\implies L=6 \\\\\\ \stackrel{\textit{two thirds of all slices}}{\cfrac{2}{3}K}=6\implies 2K=18\implies K=\cfrac{18}{2}\implies K=9 \\\\\\ \stackrel{\textit{two thirds of all slices}}{\cfrac{2}{3}A}=8\implies 2A=24\implies A=\cfrac{24}{2}\implies A=12
