The correct answer is the third option.

She didn't correct her wrong answers after the first test and she obviously didn't use the first test as a means of studying for the second one. If she had corrected her answers from the first test and studied properly for the second one then she would have known the answers to the questions.

I would say that she didn't correct her wrong answers after the first test, therefore making her confused on the second.

B. Many of these substances, when eaten, cause serious health problems over time.

Explanation:

Electronic wastes are unwanted electrical or electronic material that has been thrown out by the user to be managed by waste managers. Mismanagement of electronic wastes can lead to a serious threat from the heavy metal deposit, this can affect the environment and humans.

During recycling, some of the heavy metal such as lead, cadmium, and Mercury is released to surrounding water bodies also direct disposal of such waste can result to increase of such metals.

As a large amount of heavy metal enters the river, it gets accumulated in the tissues of fishes overtime. Long term consumption of fishes that are affected by heavy metal poisoning can lead to some health-threatening issues such as;

What are the four steps of conflict resolution? Answer in 1 complete sentence.
photoshop1234 [79]

Answer:4 Steps to Conflict Resolution

Understand the Issue. If you frame the beginning as an opportunity to understand the issue, rather than a fight or argument, it will make it easier to begin.

Set a Vision. Now that all the issues are out on the table, and before you jump ahead to fix the problem, you need to be very clear with the other parties about what the objectives are of addressing it.

Explore Alternatives. Once the vision is agreed to, both parties can openly discuss how to get there.

Agree on Action. If you reached this far, you are bound to get to agreement.
