There are MANY different disadvantages that exist in the world for children; a few of these are: hunger, physical & mental health issues, abuse (both physical & mental), homelessness. Though children might have a guardian to protect them, it doesn’t mean that they will not have disadvantages over the course of their childhoods.

A French aristocrat has been born into a higher class family and/or was born to a French nobleman. This makes their belief that government rule should only be given to them or someone within their class, as they thought of themselves as the "best" candidates for ruling since they were such noble people.
