Explanation:

I would recommend going better with jogging for 30 minutes, 5 days a week because doing yoga is for internal health, for example when you are feeling down or something is emotionally stopping you. The doctor wants him to meet at least the recommended exercise requirements and the least he can do is jog. Lifting heavy weights is not the least, doing yoga falls in the very least zone but we want Jorge to receive some exercise, and doing 10 sprints is going overboard.
