The states and global economies are connected in such a way that both are interdependent on each other.

<h3>What is the significance of a global economy?</h3>

A global economy is a phenomenon that tells about the conditions of the economy of the entire world at large, and does not take into account the economies of only an individual nation.

The individual states however, have become socially as well as politically interdependent on the global economies and vice versa.
