To get a successful calibration while using eye tracking on a cross-eyed participant , What we can do is :-

Use an eye patch to allow the eye-tracking software (pixel sensitive) to focus on one eye.

This is because many people have squint in their eyes, to a certain degree, i.e. 10 ° - 5 ° which is enough to mislead the eye-tracking software which is pixel sensitive to reach a conclusion that the eyes are attracted an empty white space on the site or on the software.

What is Gazemonitor and its use?

 • GazeMonitor is an experimental tool which enables real-time measurement of deviation angles in strabismus using Tobii eye trackers.
 • GazeMonitor has been developed and tested using Tobii eyeX controller and GazeSDK. In theory, it will work unmodified with every Tobii's tracker that supports GazeSDK. However, testing with Tobii REX showed that calibration isn't working, because REX cannot track a single eye while the other is covered. Other trackers haven't been tested.

Neko [114]

Answer:

While they were shopping, 6-year-old Elliot came running around one of the store aisles and excitedly asked his mother if she would buy him a $299 Microsoft Xbox 360 game console to use with their television at home. When his mother immediately refused, Elliot looked very dejected but apologized for asking. A few moments later, Elliot asked, "Well, can I get a new basket for my bicycle?" Clever Elliot appears to be using the door-in-the-face technique to persuade his mother.

Explanation:

The door-in-the-face technique is commonly studied in social psychology as a compliance method. The persuader tries to covince the respondent to agree by making a large request that the respondent will reject as it were metaphorically slamming the door in the persuader's face.

Answer:

Cognitive function develops from “concrete” to “abstract” in the middle teen years, usually between 12 and 15. “That's where a person becomes able to understand the consequences of their behavior or actions”.

Explanation:

Juveniles know right from wrong, should be held responsible for their behavior and should face consequences when they violate the law. ... A bedrock principle of our criminal law is “penal proportionality” — that the extent to which people are punished should be tied to the degree of responsibility they had for the crime.
