Individuals who are part-time, temporary, or seasonal workers are classified as Non-exempt employees.

Non-exempt employees are paid hourly and are entitled to overtime pay. Part-time employees work less than 40 hours in a week and are paid on an hourly basis, but some prefer salary basis. Temporary employees have a end date on their contract.

They work within a company for one year or two years. and also, some are hired for a project. Seasonal workers are hired to cover a business's seasonal increase in work. They usually work during a specific season of the year.
