According to Jeffrey gray's reinforcement sensitivity theory, the behavioral activation system (bas): is sensitive to conditioned appealing stimuli.

According to Gray's hypothesis, the behavioral activation system (bas) is connected to impulsivity and responsive to conditioned attractive stimuli. It is also believed to be connected to approach motivation and reward sensitivity. The behavioral activation system is responsive to rewards and non-punishment.

When exposed to contextual signals that are indicative of non-punishment, reward, and goal completion, those with a highly active behavioral activation system (bas) exhibit higher levels of positive emotions including exhilaration, happiness, and optimism. Because of their personalities, these people are also more inclined to work for their goals and feel happy when a reward is on the horizon. Trait impulsivity, which is linked to psychopathological diseases including ADHD, drug use disorder, and alcohol use disorder, is thought to be a component of behavioral activation system. The likelihood that a behavioral activation system (bas) score is associated to psychopathological disorders increases with increasing impulsive or behavioral activation system (bas) scores.

Assoli18 [71]

Answer:

The correct answer is: Release from proactive interference.

Explanation:

Proactive interference occurs when an individual memorizes a list of information, (be it names, ideas, formulas) and when trying to remember a last part of that list, an initial information suddenly get's in the way.

For example, Lucas first memorized the name of the cities of Spain and then the name of the cities of Italy. When trying to recall the name of the cities of Italy he suddenly starts remembering the names of the city of Spain that he previously was not able to recall.

In this particular case, when reviewing the new terms for the upcoming biology test, the performance for the french vocabulary words was noticeably better, because I was experiencing Release from proactive interference.

MrMuchimi

Answer:

A) Person-focused; task-oriented.

Explanation:

Person-focused leaders, are, precisely, people-oriented. They care more about the well-being of their employees than about specific outcomes. It's not like they do not care about results, it's that they believe that the well-being of employees is fundamental the success of the firm.

Task-oriented leaders, as the name implies, are more worried about tasks, and results, and they believe that employees should adapt themselves to what the tasks demand, instead of the other way round. They are not so worried about catering to each employee specific abilities, they need their employees to use their abilities in a way that is consistent with the strategy that has been laid out to achieve the disired result.
