China is currently a socialist economic system. In view of china's explosive growth in supplying goods to the world China is becoming more of a market economic system.

Generally China is defined as a mixed economy market. But it is a planned economy with most of the characteristics of the market economic system under the trend of the globalization.

For example: China government planned to focus on electric cars and thus the same china did and for the cars which were produced in China and sold in China only were provided with the government subsidy.

However China government also plans for those things which it does not want to see in the market such as stopping corporations inside trade on stocks.

Assume an economy is currently engaged in free trade but considering implementing a tariff on its main import, athletic shoes. W
UNO [17]

Answer:

Price - increase

Domestic production- increase

Import- reduces

Producer surplus- increase

Explanation:

A tariff is a form of tax on import or export.

When a tariff is imposed on a good , the price of the good increases.

As a result of the tariff , the amount of the goods imported falls as the imported good is now more expensive. The quantity produced by domestic producers increases as consumers would now start demanding for the domestic good. Tariffs are sometimes enacted to discourage importation and encourage domestic production.

As a result of the price increase, producer surplus increases. The increase in price also increases output. The producer surplus is the difference between the price of a product and the least amount the producer is willing to sell his product.

I hope my answer helps you.

Property A is a self storage facility with a going cap rate of 6.0%. Property B is an office building with a going cap rate of 6
hjlf

Answer:

Worth of both the property will be same.

Explanation:

Data provided in the question:

Cap rate for the Property A which is a self storage capacity = 6%

Cap rate for the Property B which is an office building = 6%

NOI of both the buildings are equal

Now,

Mathematically,

Cap rate is given as = [ NOI ] ÷ [ Worth of the property ]

or

Worth of the property = [ NOI ] ÷ [ Cap rate ]

Since, the NOI and cap rate for both the buildings are same

Therefore,

Worth of both the property will be same.

Which of the following is LEAST likely to be a reason for firms to form a cartel?
GalinKa [24]

Answer:

The correct answer is letter "C": to raise competition among firms in the cartel.

Explanation:

A cartel is a group of companies or countries working together to regulate the price of a single product they produce in common. The cartel makes it impossible for a foreign business to enter the market and demand lower prices. Cartels are, in most cases, not helpful to customers. They generate high prices that remain unchanged until consumers find alternative ways to purchase the same items.

Under such a scenario, cartels are unlikely to be formed to generate more competition among the companies that compose them.
