Generally, The major objective of the drafting of this declaration is to ensure that all member states continue to respect and uphold human rights.

In conclusion, Human rights are rights that are inalienable to every single human being, irrespective of factors such as race, gender, nationality, ethnicity, language, religious affiliation, or any other status. The right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of thought and speech, the right to employment and education, and many more rights fall under the umbrella of what is known as human rights.
