Competitors are defined as the sellers who sell similar products using similar marketing plans are known as Strategic Groups of Competitors.

These are the competitors having similar objectives, strategies, plans and goals and they are operating in the same industry. These firms are competing with each other.

Here, the word strength refers to as the quality that to be qualified and quantified as it is observable. On the other hand, weaknesses does not corroborate with all types of understanding.

According to foreign lands the strength that is related to particular competitors are always overestimated in order to believe other individual's perceptions of our limitations.

Adding to it, the weakness of competitors are underestimated because it is the main contribution to particular growth of the company as well as for the competitor itself.
