No, humans haven't stopped evolving.

Why is it not possible to stop evolving?

Extinction is the sole method that may effectively halt the evolution of any living being. Reducing and maintaining population size to a limited number of people can delay evolution. By reducing the introduction of new mutations into the population, this will reduce the amount of genetic variation that is lost through genetic drift. A population's capacity to evolve can be significantly reduced, but not entirely eliminated, by sustained limited population size because genetic variety is the foundation of all evolutionary change. But with humans, there is no doubt that this is not the case.

Since our population has been growing over the past 10,000 years, the contemporary human gene pool today holds a vast store of genetic diversity. Consequently, our capacity for evolution has never been greater. Indeed, instances of recent, positive selection created, not lessened by cultural change, have made use of this genetic variety. The distribution of genetic variation within and among local populations is fast changing, which is driving a significant evolutionary change in the human species. This transition is further fueled by a fundamental shift in the equilibrium between genetic drift and gene flow.

Even if our cultural innovations do decrease selection on a characteristic, that trait may nevertheless evolve in correlation with the evolution of another trait, frequently in a non-adaptive manner and occasionally in a moderately maladaptive manner. Humans will continue to evolve as long as there is a reproducing population.

The atmosphere is known for its multiple layers, and it's characteristic in each layer. We are known for living in the troposhere, but everything ese in unaccessible without air/spacecraft. The only limits are the limited oxygen on some of the layers, (i.e. Mesosphere) and some even case meteors to have that fire trail/effect. Once past the exosphere, you have officially reached space!

If jogging you should start off with a brisk walk and transition after about 1 minute to a slow jog. Then pick up your pace as your legs become warm with increased blood flow. If biking you should do a few static calf and thigh stretches but don't extend too far as muscles are cold. Then start off your cycling at a very slow comfortable pace. After about a minute you can start to slowly increase your pace until you reach your goal.
