The cross-training program would most benefit the sport known as hockey and will least benefit golf sport.

This type of exercise is used in sports to enhance the various components of fitness of the players involved.

Hockey involves running and collision with boards and other players and is referred to as high-speed collision sport. Golf on the other hand doesn't employ the use of this form of exercises which is why it is the sport which will benefit the least.
