1. Eat right. Egg, spinach, Dark chocolate, milk.
2. Include lean protein in your diet<em>, beef, pork, egg whites.</em>
Its okay because I have depression also but something my counselor told me is not to think about it and think positive because its not good to think negative and also always take a breather but if you are in a bad mood then listen to music or draw or sing that what always help me and i bet it will help you too. :)
