The most common way to discharge one’s contractual duties is by breach of contract. The statement is a false.

The most common way to discharge one's contractual duties is not by breach but by not full filled all condition. The parties' responsibilities are suspended if a condition of the contract is not met. Promises of performance are typically not stated subject to conditions or limitations in contracts. This became a significant factor in contract termination.

Do you think it is important to study English? Give your opinion and explain why or why not.
LenaWriter [7]

Answer: Wouldn't go past High School English and here is why.

Explanation:

English takes a majority in our world today, it will always be spoken, whether 1% of the time or 5%. It has been integrated into our daily lives that even not knowing how to properly speak it is looked down upon. I believes studying English is essentially and will be for centuries to come, but the depth of studying the subject shouldn't go past High School level which incorporates poetic and descriptive inferences through words.

At least that's what I've gotten from it.

olga_2 [115]

Answer:

C). Evolutionary.

Explanation:

'Evolutionary periods' are demonstrated as the higher periods that exist during darkness. This phase or period focuses on the behaviors associated with fear, biases, and associations as the outcome or consequence of the process of evolution.

As per the description, the 'evolutionary perspective' would assist in advancing the argument related to the 'sleep patterns' that have evolved as an outcome in the form of adaptive response to acquisitive risks. This perspective would assist in knowing that how such patterns have evolved and led to its present stage. Thus, option C is the correct answer.
