The maximum rate of  DNA replication in E coli is 1000 NUCLEOTIDE PER SECOND.
DNA replication is the process by which living cells produce two identical DNA from one original DNA molecule. The process occur in all living cells and its the basis of inheritance. In E coli, DNA replication starts from a single point of origin and proceeds in two different directions and new nucleotides are added to the replicating fork at the rate of 1000 nucleotides per second.<span />

cestrela7 [59]

Answer:

Use 400 x in order to study the structure clearly.

Explanation:

Cell structures could be clearly identified when magnify the microscope about 400 x by using a compound microscope. Due to high magnification power of compound microscope, the individual is able to see different structures that are present in cells. while by using lower magnification, the individual is unable to see different structures clearly. So use high magnification in order to study the cell.
