The three equivalent forms of 3.875 are Three and seven eights, Thirty one eights and 387.5

<h3>What is an equation?</h3>

An equation is an expression that shows the relationship between two or more numbers and variables.

Independent variables represent function inputs that do not depend on other values, while dependent variables represent function outputs that depends on other values.

Three and seven eights = 3 + (7/8) = 3.875

Thirty one eights = 31/8 = 3.875

387.5% = 387.5/100 = 3.875

The three equivalent forms of 3.875 are Three and seven eights, Thirty one eights and 387.5

Someone please help me I’m so confused!!!
QveST [7]

Answer:

number one.  186in^{2}  number two.  36cm^{2}

Step-by-step explanation:

FOR NUMBER ONE:

the area of a trapezoid formula is   \frac{a+b}{2} h where a and b are the bases and h is the height. so we have to add in the numbers into the formula

\frac{12+15}{2} * 6\\ = <em>81</em>

and the paralellogram formula is b×h.  where b is the base and h is height

15 × 7 = <em>105</em>

so the area of the figure is 81 + 105 is 186 in^2

FOR NUMBER TWO:

the area of the square formula is s^{2}.   where s is the side

4^2 = <em>16</em>

and for the paralellogram is b × h

4 × 5 = <em>20</em>

so the area of the figure is 16 +20 = 36 in^2

hope this helps! ;)
