∠TAC = ∠ABC  (The angle between the chord and the tangent is equal to the angle in the alternate segment)

Since, EDCB is a cyclic quadrilateral,

     ∠CBD + ∠CED = 180  ----- I

-      ∠CED + ∠AED = 180   -----II

----------------------------------------------------
