This type of memory loss that Simon is suffering from can be Transient global amnesia (TGA).

This type of memory loss occurs in adults due to old age. The person will not be able to remember what happened in the recent past and then they try to guess like Simon is trying to do. Another type of memory loss is Post-traumatic amnesia (PTA).

These types of memory loss are common during old age and may happen after some operations like the case of Post-traumatic amnesia. The patient with memory loss should not try to put too much effort while remembering as he may feel agitated that he is not able to remember. This agitation may worsen his behavior with others and with himself.

Tolman demonstrated that rats can learn to run a maze correctly even though they were never reinforced for successfully running
MrRa [10]

This demonstrated that the rats called on their "latent learning " to help them reach the end of the maze more quickly.

Tolman built up a cognitive perspective of discovering that has turned out to be well known in current psychology. Tolman likewise worked on latent learning, characterized as realizing which isn't clear in the student's conduct at the season of adapting, however which shows later when an appropriate inspiration and conditions show up. The idea of latent learning was not unique to Tolman, but rather he created it further.

By amplifying soft sounds but not loud sounds, digital hearing aids produce
MAVERICK [17]

Answer:

The correct answer is b. Compressed sound.

Explanation:

Compressed sound from a technical point of view occurs when a decrease in the range between the sounds that are loudest and the sounds that are the quietest occurs.

During sound compression the dynamic range between said sounds that are quieter and said sounds that are the loudest gets reduced.

This is done by amplifying the quiet sounds and attenuating the sounds that are the loudest.

In this particular case, by amplifying soft sounds but not loud sounds, digital hearing aids produce:

b. Compressed sound.

Weaving in and out of lanes during heavy traffic _____________________.
Tems11 [23]

Weaving in and out of lanes during heavy traffic is (b) slows down other vehicles.

Weaving:

 • Navigating lane changes while in heavy traffic slows down other vehicles, adding to the traffic jam.
 • When a car pulls out of a driveway, merges into the closest lane, and then weaves across lanes one at a time to make a turn at an intersection on the other side of the road, that distance is known as the weave distance.
 • A motorway or expressway lane that functions as both an entrance and an exit is known as a weaving lane. The motorist should exercise caution in this lane because cars use the same lane to leave and join the freeway. However, those using the sharing lane must give way to those using the interstate.
