Facilitation and support are the most effective way to manage the resistant to a change because of adjustment problem.

People show resistant to a change. The most effective way is to handle the situation through facilitation and support.

A facilitator in any business is an individual that helps a group of people reach a unanimous decision. This involves providing a structure that promotes cooperative decision making. A facilitator never offers solutions and is not a leader instead, their role is to guide the group to explore options and discover solutions. As a result of this participation everyone assumes responsibility and commitment.

Support implies both financial assistance and providing agreement, comfort, protection and friendship all of which create a welcoming open work environment which is both encouraging and motivating.

While the other options are incorrect because:

Micromanagement involves excessive supervision and limited task delegation and has a negative connotation as it shows the absence of freedom and confidence in the workforce.

In previous years, Cox Transport reacquired 4 million treasury shares at $22 per share and, later, 2 million treasury shares at
crimeas [40]

Answer:

$8 million

Explanation:

Weighted-average cost = [(4,000,000 × $22) + (2,000,000 × $25)] ÷ (4,000,000 + 2,000,000) = $23

Increase in paid-in capital - share repurchase per share = selling price —Weighted-average cost = $27 - $23 = $4

Amount of increase in paid-in capital—share repurchase = Number of treasury shares × $4 = 2 million × $4 = $8 million

Therefore, Cox’s paid-in capital - share repurchase will increase by $8 million.
