According to the dietary guidelines, adults should Increase their intake of fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products.

Reduced-fat milk and lite milk are other names for low-fat milk. Unless stated, it has less than 1.5% fat. The same excellent health advantages and nutrients are present in full cream milk. Calcium naturally occurs in low-fat milk at a little higher level than in full cream.

Consuming low-fat milk significantly reduces the amount of fat intake, particularly the saturated fats found in whole milk. Controlling blood cholesterol levels lowers the risk of developing heart disease. Additionally, low-fat milk contain less saturated fat, which has been linked in studies to greater levels of "bad" cholesterol and a higher risk of developing heart disease.

Three organelles found in cells?
Katen [24]

Answer:

1.Plasma membrane

The plasma membrane surrounds the cell to create a barrier between the cytosol and the extracellular matrix. Plasma membranes also enclose lumens of some cellular organelles.

2.Endoplasmic reticulum

The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is a large network of membranes responsible for the production of proteins, metabolism and transportation of lipids, and detoxification of poisons. There are two types of endoplasmic reticulum with separate functions: smooth endoplasmic reticulum and rough endoplasmic reticulum. The presence or absence of ribosomes in the ER’s plasma membrane determines whether it is classified as smooth or rough ER.

3.Golgi apparatus

The Golgi apparatus appears as a series of flattened, membranous sacs, or cisternae, that resemble a stack of pancakes just off the rough endoplasmic reticulum. It receives vesicles containing proteins recently produced by the rER. The Golgi apparatus can be compared to a warehouse or post office for newly formed proteins. Here the proteins are further modified, packaged, and sent off to their final destinations in the cell or body.

Why is it so hard to define viruses as living or non-living?
UNO [17]
Viruses are not always classified as living cells because they cannot live independently. They rely on a host to provide all resources to live, without a host they are in a dormant, near dead like state. Therefore it has to define a virus as dead or alive as it may or may not have a host.
