One prominent change in the evolution of the nursing profession is formalized education. The first training programs were opened at hospitals in the late-19th century. Student nurses received clinical instruction in exchange for providing care to patients.

New specialties, increased leadership opportunities and the use of telemedicine and mobile health are just a few of the ways that nursing has changed in the past ten years.

Studying nursing history and evolution allows nurses to understand more fully problems currently affecting the profession, such as pay, regulation, shortage, education, defining practice, autonomy, and unity.

The scope of nursing practice is the range of roles, functions, responsibilities and activities which a registered nurse is educated, competent and has authority to perform. Nursing practice is underpinned by values that guide the way in which nursing care is provided.

What issue did the Missouri Compromise resolve, and what did it fail to resolve?
Anettt [7]
The Missouri Compromise allowed for Missouri to be a slave state so Maine could be a free state and the union would not be out numbered. However it did not resolve slavery since in the end, there was still slavery and fighting.

Belinda and John were best friends through their school years. Belinda now works in a café and has become good friends with her
skad [1K]

Answer: A

Explanation: The correct answer is letter A, proactive inference. This reffers to when we find something new that reasembles something we already know, we sometimes fill in the gaps with inferences; in this case John and Jim starts with the same letter and also Belinda has a similar relationship that she had with John.

Both amnesias that are mentioned among the options have nothing to do with this particular case due to their sympthomatic nature.
