According to expectation theory, a person's efforts at work result in a certain degree of performance.

What is the degree of performance?

Degree of performance means when in a workplace there will be some kind of ranking or voting will be done based on the review of a group of people.

This is made for the person to appreciate the work they have done and also mark some important parts of changes that need to be made.

According to expectancy theory, people are more driven to work hard if they believe their efforts will be noticed and acknowledged. Also, some rewards will also be there with which the company and the person both benefit.

Why do so many adults dislike homeless people? Provide reasons and examples?
Vadim26 [7]
This is most likely because they believe that said homeless people -in some way- forced themselves into their current position, and that they are not willing to work to get out of it. It may also be because they see no reason for them to be homeless and/or loitering on the streets because, especially in Canada, there are a multitude of shelters for them to go to, and therefore parents can find little sympathy for the beggars.
