The concrete noun in the phrase "On the wall are the names of more than 58,000 Americans who perished in the Vietnam War from 1960 to 1975" is on the wall.

Describe Concrete noun:

A person, place, or thing that can be directly perceived using one or more of your five senses is referred to as a concrete noun. The majority of nouns are concrete nouns, as you can tell by looking around you.

The two typically go together when defending abstract words. For instance, bliss is a vague, elusive concept. Although a person may show signs of happiness on the outside, happiness is a state of mind. A joyful smile is palpable since it can be seen with the unaided eye. Despite the fact that both tangible and abstract nouns are real, only one of them is physical.

Help help help!!!! I need an essay done in an hour!!!! plzzzzzz
Margaret [11]

It's not exactly an essay, but it does have some helpful information.

HIROSHIMA:

  • 1st bomb
  • Called little boy
  • Wanted to end the war quicker.
  • 68,000 killed
  • 21,000 injured Hiroshima
  • became known for cancers, premature births and malformed babies. Bad effects on the environment Heavy scars on survivors

NAGASAKI

  • 2nd bomb
  • Called fat man
  • 3 days after bombing Hiroshima
  • Wasn’t actually supposed to be bombed
  • 38,100 killed
  • 21,000 injured
  • Nagasaki survivors had cancer, premature birth, and malformed babies.
  • A lot of radiation
  • Heavy scars on survivors

I would have not dropped the atomic bomb because it is immoral and not in any way humane. I think this because many Japanese had serious scarring and injuries. It also ruined the environment and killed innocent bystanders that had nothing to do with the war. It was selfish of America to bomb a place just to end a war quicker.

America did it to end the war quickly and did not want any more deaths on the American side.
