After the assessment of the 6 month old client, the findings that would have to be reported immediately to the doctor would be circumoral cyanosis when the client is at rest.

What is circumoral cyanosis ?

This is the term that has to do with the blue discoloration that occurs around the mouth of a person. This is usually known to be found in infants only.

It can be caused by reduced cardiac output and issues with the heart of the client. Hence After the assessment of the 6 month old client, the findings that would have to be reported immediately to the doctor would be circumoral cyanosis when the client is at rest.
