- Children, elderly people, and the disabled are considered to be vulnerable road users because when a person who has just obtained a driving license is not very confident about driving ,drives a car and when an elderly person or group of children is crossing the road the driver is not very confident with applying breaks as and when required .
- <u>The elderly people,children,people with disability are vulnerable to road accident because they cannot run and protect them self from a speeding vehicle.</u>
