Four contributory factors to unemployment locally and globally are illiteracy, disease, no job opportunities and unemployment.

Poverty is now one of the most serious problem that a country is facing. The factors contributing are conflict, inequality and lack of infrastructure. Illiteracy is the leading cause of unemployment globally and locally. Education can help student to have knowledge and qualification to get a job. Disease is another cause for poverty as treatment requires a huge amount of money that cause families to loose everything they own. Because of illiteracy it becomes difficult for young population to land a stable job. Further, the competitiveness between employees in labor market makes many students out of university face unemployment. Overpopulation is the main factor for poverty because there are many people and lack of national budget, government fails to take care of its citizens.

xenn [34]

Working memory is another name for short-term memory.

What is working memory?

It can be compared to the capacity to simultaneously remember and process information. It stores a little quantity of information (usually seven or fewer items) for a brief length of time in an active, accessible state (typically from 10 to 15 seconds, or sometimes up to a minute).

For instance, short-term memory performs the task of keeping the beginning of the sentence in mind while the rest of the sentence is read in order to grasp this sentence.

Holding a person's location in mind while listening to directions on how to go there is an example of a working memory task, as is listening to a story's events in order to understand what they signify.
