The nurse should teach the spouse to implement rationale measure. The optic nerve is the second cranial nerve (CN II) responsible for transmitting visual information.

What is Cranial nerve II?

The optic nerve is the second cranial nerve (CN II) responsible for transmitting visual information. The optic nerve contains only afferent (sensory) fibers, and like all cranial nerves is paired.

The second cranial is the optic nerve, the nerve that connects the eye to the brain and carries the impulses formed by the retina -- the nerve layer that lines the back of the eye, senses light, and creates the impulses -- to the brain which interprets them as images.

Cranial nerve II is the optic nerve, which governs vision. The nurse can promote safety by encouraging the family to keep pathways free of clutter to prevent falls. Speaking to the client in a loud voice may help compensate for a deficit of cranial nerve VIII (vestibulocochlear).

Cranial nerves VII (facial) and IX (glossopharyngeal) control taste from the anterior two-thirds and posterior one-third of the tongue, respectively. Lowering the temperature of the water heater would be useful if the client had peripheral nerve damage.

In general, according to the textbook, is "americanization" a positive and desirable experience for immigrant adolescents?
Marizza181 [45]

In my opinion, Americanization can be both good and bad for young adolescents. It can help them become independent but it can also cause major issue with culture. The US had been the home of many cultures. There is a possibility that many of these adolescents might forget their cultural traditions and practices because they are more used to being American.

docker41 [41]

Explanation:

The civil rights movement was a struggle for social justice that took place mainly during the 1950s and 1960s for Black Americans to gain equal rights under the law in the United States. The Civil War had officially abolished slavery, but it didn’t end discrimination against Black people—they continued to endure the devastating effects of racism, especially in the South. By the mid-20th century, Black Americans had had more than enough of prejudice and violence against them. They, along with many white Americans, mobilized and began an unprecedented fight for equality that spanned two decades.
