If you like to run, it is probably the best, in my opinion. If you are
already running, keep it up. Run in moderation (forget the
marathons….think long term, not long distance).

Try sleeping in dark quiet room that you are comfortable in. You can also play relaxing type of music such as calm music or nature sounds to help improve sleep. Just relax, and free your mind.
