The value of angle ∠AEF or ∠x is 80°.

What are angles?

 • When two straight lines or rays intersect at a common endpoint, an angle is formed.
 • An angle's vertex is the common point of contact.
 • The term angle is derived from the Latin word angulus, which means "corner."
 • The basic angles are Acute angle, Obtuse angle, Right angle, Straight angle, reflex angle, and full rotation.

So,

 • ∠CEB is 160° with EG being an angle bisector leaving ∠CEG = 80° and ∠BEG = 80°
 • FEG is a straight line with ∠FEG being 180°.
 • ∠FED + ∠DEB + ∠BEG = ∠FEG
 • 80° + ∠DEB + 80° = 180°
 • 160° + ∠DEB = 180°
 • ∠DEB = 180° - 160°
 • ∠DEB = 20°

Then,

 • ∠AEC = 20° = ∠DEB (Inversely opposite angles)

Now,

 • FEG is a straight line with ∠FEG being 180°.
 • ∠CEG + ∠AEC + ∠AEF = ∠FEG
 • 80° + 20° + ∠AEF = 180°
 • 100° + x = 180°
 • x = 180° - 100°
 • x = 80°
 • ∠AEF = 80°

Therefore, the value of angle ∠AEF or ∠x is 80°.

Fofino [41]
Draw a rectangle with one side equal to 84 in. and the other side equal to 65 in. We know that area = l*w, so the area of the rectangle is 5,460 sq. in. Since Mr. Horn cut the piece of plywood in half, he produces two identical pieces of plywood, with half the amount of area as the original. So, 5,460 sq. in. divided by 2 = 2,730 sq. in.

A ticket to Silver Dollar City costs $125. You have a coupon that will save you 33%. How much will you SAVE? In the same scenari
vampirchik [111]
You will save 41.25 dollars, and you will pay 83.75 dollars if you use the coupon.
To get the percent of money you save you multiply 125 dollars by 33% to get your answer. To get the number of dollars you will take the amount you got by multiplying 125 dollars by 33% and subtract it from 125, so that’s 125 - 41.25 = 83.75

Can someone help me with B? I’m really bad at this kind of stuff. I need help ASAP
Vinil7 [7]

Answer:

D = .44P

Step-by-step explanation:

We need to find the slope of the line

m = (y2-y1)/ (x2-x1)

Using two points

m = (22-4.4) /(50-10)

 = 17.6/40

 = .44 lb/ in^2 ft

We can use the point slope form of the equation

y-y1 = m(x-x1) where y=D and x=P

D-4.4 = .44 (P-10)

Distribute

D-4.4 = .44P - 4.4

Add 4.4 to each side

D -4.4+4.4 = .44P -4.4+4.4

D = .44P
