In such a posture, the biceps enlarge due to holding of weight and produces tension but do no increase in length. It stops the flexion of elbow. I do believe that I have a personally strong relationship with God. I do talk to God on a daily basis, and I think it is so important to make time in your dad for time with just God and yourself. He is so powerful and has kept me safe throughout my life. My relationship with my physical family is a good one as well.
