A(n) b)minority group can be defined as a group of people who are singled out and treated unequally because of physical characteristics or cultural practices. Minority group can be best defined as "a term referring to a category of people differentiated from the social majority, i.e. those who hold the majority of positions of social power in a society, and may be defined by law."
Skewed understanding involves the degree to which the biases inherent in the discipline’s perspective is reflected, therefore the way an author understands the issue that resulted from the author’s intentional decision or unconscious predisposition to exclude specific information that refers to the issue.
Skewed understanding is the distorted understanding of an issue in a way that it is regarded as inaccurate or misleading.

A vice-president has a very level of responsibility as well as workload. Often, the people at higher levels have to take risky decisions, and that too in a shorter time. They supervise a large portion of a company.
A human resource person may have a high workload but they don't have to supervise such a significant portion of the company, and they are not responsible for improvising the company, year after year, but a VP is.
