Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. in brief bursts, stress may be positive, like once it helps you avoid danger or meet a point in time.

Health- related behaviors such as cutting back on sleep, drinking, taking drugs could lead to headaches, high blood pressure, chest pain, depression, panic attacks, etc.
