I prefer the term native Americans becase I'm 25 percent and they aren't Indians those are people from India. They four in the revolutionary war and helped shape America they helped the first settlers learn how to farm and catch there food hope this helps

From what I remember, the legislative branch has to pass laws the executive branch wants to pass. I think it's called responsible government.
