Many gene sequences that are involved in gene regulation contain a conserved sequence this means that, the conserved sequence that have same gene sequence can be present in the variety of organism they can be same or different species.

The conserved sequence means a base sequence in the DNA that cannot be changed throughout evolution. This means that the large protein structure, amino acids, sequence region were identified.

The conserved sequence of the DNA does not code protein, these are non-coding region of the DNA sequence. These conserved sequence required for the basic cellular stability, function and reproduction.

What is the approximate Km for the enzyme? Explain.
prohojiy [21]

Answer:

The rate of reaction when the enzyme is saturated with substrate is the maximum rate of reaction, Vmax. ... This is usually expressed as the Km (Michaelis constant) of the enzyme, an inverse measure of affinity. For practical purposes, Km is the concentration of substrate which permits the enzyme to achieve half Vmax.

what happens to ocean water as it moves from antarctica to the equator? it transfers thermal energy to deeper layers of the ocea
muminat
Ocean waters has its own level of density which depends of the climate, temperature and most of all the location where it came from. The more the ocean water absorbs heat the more its density as a result it rises above from cold to hot. So the the water from the Antarctica usually is less dense and then become more dense when it goes to the equator which is more hot.
