Lucas has been convicted of a felony and sentenced to a term of incarceration. he is sent to a correction facility operated by the geo group under a contract with state government. lucas is incarcerated in a Prison.

About Incarceration

A person's freedom being restricted for whatever reason, whether on the orders of the government or by someone acting without such orders, is defined as incarceration or imprisonment. The latter is referred to as "false incarceration." Imprisonment can be exercised through any use or exhibition of force, whether legal or illegal, anywhere displayed, and in the open public. This includes placing someone in handcuffs. Imprisonment doesn't really necessarily mean a place of imprisonment with bolts and bars. Anywhere they may be, anyone can become a prisoner with just a duly authorised officer's ordered word or touch.

advantages and disadvantages of the existence of political dynasty in the Philippines. Write a brief explanation for each item
Sloan [31]

Answer:

Disadvantages:

1. Undue Advantage due to the Carnegie Effect

Andrew Carnegie postulated that it was more discretionary for him to give out all his wealth to non-family member given that his children, given the expectation of inheritance of their father's estate, were most likely to have less incentive or motivation to work for themselves or build their own wealth. This thinking became known as the Carnegie Effect.

This effect is recurrent and prevalent among dynastic politicians as they are imbued with an advantage over their non-dynastic political peers right from birth. This means that regardless of their capabilities, they are more likely to, when faced with a non-dynastic politician, in an election.

This kind of effect is unhealthy for the political process of the Phillippines.

2. Abuse of power leading to graft, bribery, and conflicts of interests.

Dynasties in the Phillippines have been known to use their offices to enrich themselves at the expense of the state. Evidence also shows that the political system is rife with bribery, especially when a dynastic politician needs to have their own interests represented at the regardless of what is good for the state. It is not uncommon for the incumbent dynasty to suppress political opponents with better policy mandates as to how the state of Phillippines can run.

In the long run, this leads to the impoverishment and rigidity of state thus reducing its ability to respond to the development.

Advantages

1. Unlike non-dynastic politicians who have a limited term in office, Dynastic politicians, due to the long term of office, have a greater incentive to initiate, execute and complete long term projects, especially those within their jurisdiction. Continuity is good for economic development.

2. It is true that Dynastic politicians have an undue advantage in politics when compared to their non-dynastic counterparts. This undue advantage has led to the rise of female political leaders who use their dynastic connections (directly or indirectly) to come to power.

¿Cuáles de los siguientes son ejemplos de influencias domésticas en la política exterior de los Estados Unidos?Marque todo lo qu
PSYCHO15rus [73]

Answer:

Medios de noticias y activistas ambientales.

Explanation:
