The main responsibilities for all food businesses under the Act are:
to ensure you do not include anything in food, remove anything from food or treat food in any way which means it would be damaging to the health of people eating it
to ensure that the food you serve or sell is of the nature, substance or quality which consumers would expect
to ensure that the food is labelled, advertised and presented in a way that is not false or misleading

So Salmonella wouldn't be on it, which causes disease
I think that the physician and the medical assistant, Meredith, have an equal part of responsibility. Meredith because you are trained and know that you should always document the correct vital signs every time and for every patient, especially blood pressure. If she was having a problem getting a correct reading, she should have asked for help from another assistant in the office or have tried another sphygmomanometer. Also she did not review Mr. Wallace's file and I assume she didn't ask what was the cause of visit.
The answer would be introspection. It is then the examination of one's conscious thoughts as well as feelings. It relies on observation of a person's mental state yet spiritually it refers to examining one's soul.Hope this would be of help.
