Despite the excellent intentions to build a new physical environment and social life, the goals are to create a paternalistic, political and economic society.

In the late 19th century, Ebenezer Howard suggested "Garden City." London was a new town where urban poor could live near to nature, surrounded by an agricultural economy in planned preserves, and where the people would manage the commercial, club, and cultural areas. most people: 30,000 Le Corbusier's "Radiant Metropolis," a skyscraper-filled park with just 5% of the land taken up by buildings, was the utopian vision of a city for European architects (maximize individual liberty) also suggested vehicle highways and subterranean streets

nataly862011 [7]

Answer to this Question is d. Second-Order-Realities

Explanation:

In discussion after the first day of class, Jesse and Kareem both clearly recalled that their new physics professor had said, "Taking this class in a seven week summer course will be a challenge." but they disagreed about what their professor meant by this statement. This is due to differences in second-order-realities.

Yes, both Jesse and Kareem clearly agrees upon the statement of their professor what did he say about their new physics class but they disagreed upon what actually was meant by this statement. This difference, gap or discrepancy is certainly due to the second-order realities because it they clearly understood what their professor said but the difference came in the understanding. Putting it more clear, the difference was due their perception that how did they perceive what was said by their professor, not what actually he said. It happens in second-order realities that we see and observe the things and try to conclude it on the base of our own frame of mind or perception. In second-order realities we actually feel the tings from our perspective not from the point of view of how actually the things are in reality. For example, the 50 degree Celsius temperature could be very normal for one one person but the same temperature can be felt on an extreme level by some other person. In the same way, if some say something to us, we will only perceive it from our frame of reference and perception. That's the same case which has been happened here with Jesse and Kareem, the main difference in their thinking came due to second-order realities.
