Do 3.7 / 10, since metric units are 10 in comparison, and you get 37 decimeters , which in turn, you divide again by 10 to get centimeters, so 370 centimeters.
Then add 45 to that to get 415 centimeters. Then multiply that by 100 to get back to meters, so 4.15 meters
