A local religious organization has taken an interest in reaching out to community members with aids. They were prompted to do this when they learned that religiously active aids patients seem to survive longer than do their nonreligious counterparts.

A significant portion of American life is influenced by religion, both as personal belief and as organised denominations. Major religious groups' and individuals' reactions to the AIDS epidemic have been significant aspects of the pandemic. Numerous religious communities have analysed the AIDS crisis in the context of their doctrines.

These interpretations have frequently resulted in public statements on AIDS education, prevention, and care as well as the forming of public perceptions of persons who are HIV-positive or at risk of contracting the virus. Additionally, people who identify with specific religious groups or who express specific religious opinions have adopted stances on AIDS in light of their convictions.

If you were Harriet Tubman Would you go back after having a taste of freedom to risk your life over and over again to save the l
Airida [17]

I would, for the simple fact of she saved many peoples lives. She impacted so many peoples lives, but in a good way. African Americans were treated so poorly and pushed around like dogs, she helped around 70 of the people treated like this. Those 70 people might've died if she hadn't done that. She inspired other people to make a stand. To talk out against all of this. She didn't have to, but she did. Why? Because she was treated like a dog herself. She was born into slavery and eventually escaped. She must've thought that if she could do it herself, she could help others. Once she felt freedom, how amazing it felt, she had the courage to go back and help other slaves. Even at the risk of being caught, she still did it. After helping the people she did, she must've had an amazing feeling. Even though she didn't have to, she did. It had to have given her a sense of happiness. After saving other people, and giving them the freedom they deserved. This one woman, Harriet Tubman, had an impact, and if she hadn't done what she did, well, who knows. Men always said that women aren't strong enough to do that, she proved them wrong. Well, so did other women but Harriet Tubman, I think was someone who impacted the most.

I would put your own spin on it, and also it 19 lines...

azamat

Based on maslow's hierarchy, physiological needs are the most basic requirements that people possess.

Why is Maslow's hierarchy of needs important?

Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a go-to model that explains the psychology of human motivation. It will help you spend less time guessing what makes your people tick so that you can spend more time doing the things that motivate them

How can we apply Maslow's hierarchy of needs in organization?

In Maslow's theory, employees whose lowest level needs have not been met will make decisions based on compensation, safety, or stability concerns. So it is vital that HR professionals ensure that these needs are fulfilled before others further up the pyramid.
