Well if you are not allowed to use a calculator then do to it by hand you first need to change the mixed number to an improper fraction. 

1 1/6 = 7/6

Now when you divide two fractions it is the same thing as multiplying by the reciprocal of the denominator.

so 4/5 divided by 7/6 is the same thing as 4/5 multiplied by 6/7

multiplying fractions you multiply straight across

(4/5)*(6/7) = 24/35
