They can do this by when there is a conflict have everyone involved name the various feelings and perspectives they have so that everyones opinion is heard. As well as encourage supportive friendships and constructive peer groups. Teaching children about the proper way to handle their feelings is a main point in helping to prevent bullying in schools.
