The best answer is tPA (tissue plasminogen activator).

Tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) is a serine proteinase whose function is to activate plasminogen plasmin to enable it to perform its fibrinolytic function (degradation of fibrin clot into soluble fragments). A tPA deficiency leads to an increased risk of thrombosis.

The purpose of the tPA analysis is to predict the risk of thrombosis that can lead to stroke and myocardial infarction.
