A fat molecule is less soluble in water because it has three non-polar fatty acids and no polar or charged head like a phospholipid has.

Fat is less soluble in water compared to phospholipids.
This is because, fat is made up of three molecules of fatty acids which are not polar in nature at all, thus they mixed very poorly with water.
Phospholipids on the other hand has its molecules divided into two distinct regions, the head and the tail region. The head region is hydrophillic and it is polar in nature, that is, it mixes well with water. The tail region is made up of the fatty components  and it is hydrophobic.
Because of this difference in structure, phospholipid will dissolve better in water.

The biochemical analysis of different chlorophyll pigments in plants would be most useful in determining <span>D. which plants might have a common ancestor.
The field of biology that deals with the similarities between these plants is called comparative biochemistry. If these plants have similar DNAs, then they are more closely linked in evolutionary terms, and thus it is quite possible they have the same predecessor.

Natural selection favors
Effectus [21]

Answer:

D, organisms that survive long enough to reproduce.

Explanation:

C and D are the best answers. Adaptations and skills other than speed and strength contribute to an organism's survival too, so that means it isn't C. Natural Selection is about how an organism must have useful traits to survive to reproductive stage and  successfully reproduce, so it would definitely be D.

In pizza making process, vitamin B1 is added to the flour to add more flavor and it helps in breakdown of carbohydrates into glucose which is used by the cells of the body.

So in the enrichment process Thiamine is added to the wheat flour.
