2.) (add the -8 and -3 together): -3/5 (-11+5/9x)
3.) (distribute -3/5 into everything in parenthesis): -3/5×(-11)-3/5 (5/9x)
4.) (multipling two negative equals a positve
(-)×(-)=(+): 3/5(11)... calculate for product.... 33/5
5.) reduce the numbers with 5: -3/5 × 5/9x =
-3×(1/9x)
6.) (reduce the 3 and the 9) = 1/3x
7.) (answer) 33/5-1/3x
